Three steps

TestFlight is Apple's own app for beta testing.

Step 1: Install TestFlight
Apple's free app for trying apps before they are released. You need it once, for every beta.
Step 2: Open the invite
Scan the code with your iPhone's camera, or tap Join on TestFlight if you are already on your iPhone.
Step 3: Install Glow
TestFlight installs it like any other app. Updates arrive there, not through the App Store.

Things will break. When you take a screenshot in the beta, TestFlight offers to send it to us as feedback. Feedback goes to Apple and to us, so crop out your photo or results if you would rather keep them private.
Each build expires 90 days after it is uploaded. New builds arrive in TestFlight as we release them.
Scans need Pro. In the beta, subscribing goes through Apple's test system: you are never charged, and nothing carries over to the App Store version.
