Glow is made by a small team. Email reaches us directly, not a ticket queue. In the app, Settings, then Support, then Contact support opens the same address.

Common questions
About Pro
Glow needs a Pro subscription to scan; there is no free tier. Choose yearly, which starts with a 3-day free trial for Apple IDs that Apple treats as eligible, or monthly. Both are billed by Apple and renew automatically until you cancel. Pro includes up to 10 scans a day. To see the plans, open Settings and tap See plans.
Manage or cancel your subscription
In the app, go to Settings, then Subscription, then Manage subscription. You can also cancel in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Open Apple subscription settingsRestore a purchase
On a new phone, or after signing in again, sign in to the account you subscribed with. Then go to Settings, then Subscription, and tap Restore purchases.
Request a refund
Every purchase goes through Apple, so Apple handles all refunds. We cannot issue, approve or refuse one.
Request a refund from AppleChange your skin profile
Go to Settings, then Skin profile, to change your skin type, sensitivity, sun response or goals. Glow rebuilds your latest routine from the results it already has. It needs no new photo and uses none of your daily scans, but it does need an active Pro subscription and your consent.
Withdraw your consent
Go to Settings, then Legal, and tap Withdraw consent. Glow stops analysing new selfies unless you agree again. Results you already have stay in your account until you delete the account or ask us to delete them.
Delete your account and data
You can delete your account from inside the app. It permanently removes your scan results, your routine, your skin profile, your photos and your consent record.
How to delete your accountAccess, correct or export your data
Email us and we will handle it by hand. We respond within one month, or within 45 days for consumer health data requests from Washington and Nevada.

If something about your skin worries you
Glow gives cosmetic guidance, not medical advice, and a scan cannot tell you what is going on with your skin. If it is sore, changing or worrying you, see a dermatologist or a doctor.
